I founded my company over a decade ago with a clear vision: build a business that creates real value for customers, employees, and the community. What began as a small operation grew into a $16 million fencing company through disciplined execution, strong leadership, and a relentless focus on growth.

My journey started long before that. I was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States at 11 years old. At 14, I was cutting grass to earn money. At 16, I was working at McDonald’s, learning responsibility and work ethic. Those early experiences shaped how I approach business — as a vehicle for opportunity, growth, and long-term impact.

Today, my passion is helping other business owners achieve the same kind of success. I work with entrepreneurs who want more than just survival — they want scalable systems, stronger teams, and a business that supports the life they actually want to live.

For me, business isn’t just a job. It’s a lifestyle. But family is the foundation of everything I do. I’m a husband and a father of two, and I believe success isn’t measured only in revenue — it’s measured in freedom, time, and the ability to be present for the people who matter most.
